Overview

Kèr Yafjecèp was founded durring the late 16th century in winter of the year 1475, by Shèbm Glyn. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.

Kèr Yafjecèp was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Yafjecèp is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature stone brick construction with most buildings posessing towers, turrets, dormers, and wide wrap-around porches. An extreem emphasis on decorative features and emblishments can be seen even on the poorest of homes and makes even the most humble of structures seem a bit regal.

Kèr Yafjecèp is is constructed arround a semi-circular narrow paverstone mainstreet, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town rests behind a thick wall made from clay bricks. The wall has all of the proper fortifications and is well made. Unfortuantly the nature of clay brick leaves it quite vulnerable to siege equipment, though the thickness of the wall lends it simmilar resistnace to a thinner hardrock wall. The millitarily questionable fortifications have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.

Kèr Yafjecèp seems to be abandoned at first. There are people present, working their trades and going about their business like any community, it’s just they are absurdly quiet. Just as you start to think there might be trouble, you see most of them are reading. The entire town feels like a library, with those not reading remaining quite to not disturb those who have their nose in a book. The longer you remain in Kèr Yafjecèp the more you start to wonder if you’ve entered some strange open-concept University rather than a town, but you can’t quite say such with certainty.

Civic Infrastructure

Kèr Yafjecèp has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Kèr Yafjecèp. Cultural Notes

Kèr Yafjecèp's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is famous for its stately symmetry, classical elements, and grand appearance. Columns and pillars, such as Corinthian columns, are often seen supporting open structures or porticos. Symmetry is an important feature of this style, with each half of a building mirroring the other. Domed ceilings and windows grace these buildings, with everything placed in a mathematical arrangement.

In Kèr Yafjecèp the utterance of expletives is impossible within city limits. This has changed as the limits have changed, but has not kept up with slang, or swearing in foreign languages.

The Flowering Lattice near Kèr Yafjecèp are known to be almost tame, such that they can be put to domestic use.

Kèr Yafjecèp's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves performance art to channel Charm energies of tier 3 via recitation of poetic epics.
